Is travel support available for prospective students?

Do I need to register in advance?

Yes! Space is limited so be sure to register early. Also, book your lodging early to get rooms in or near Fairfield.

Are all meals included?

Qualified prospective students will receive all meals on campus. Meals include Friday dinner, all three meals on Saturday and Sunday, and breakfast and lunch on Monday. The University serves organic vegetarian meals.

Due to the capacity of our dining halls, we will not be able to provide meals to the general public. There are more than 20 restaurants nearby, including Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Thai, French, and more. Almost all Fairfield restaurants offer a selection of vegetarian dishes on their menu. The registration packet will include a town map with a listing of restaurants.

Is housing available on campus?

Due to the University’s increasing student enrollment, campus housing is not available. However, moderately priced accommodations are available in Fairfield and surrounding towns. Our Lodging Info page contains a complete list of hotels and motels.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be received via email by April 10. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after April 10, or for no-shows.
